We are all retrogressed people here and may not have the experience in this matter. Immigrationportal.com has an area to discuss such posts. You may want to discuss there.
In my experience in such matters, it is really not helpful to post qualifications and ask for chances of success. You need to discuss everything with an immigration lawyer since it is a highly difficult catagory for anyone. There are several finer details in each of the criterias that regular members do not know on forums.

We had the same thing happen for our AP application. I recently saw that document mailed on the 17th. They processed both our cases at the same time. if I were you, I wouldnt worry. I had efiled on June 18.

As the house will go into a recess after around a month, is anyone seeing a possibility for a congressional action regarding the three pending immigration bills in the house? �A realistic possibility?
As per the calendar, we have time till August 4 and between September 7 & September 26, to get something done in Congress. It might be really difficult to get something done in September as that short time may be used by the congress for many high priority items.
Recess:
August 4 to September 7: House August Recess
August 9 to September 7: Senate August Recess
September 26: House Target Adjournment Date
I am wondering, what else I could do to push our bills to fruition.

Today, my friend told me that there is new policy prohibiting employees from paying the H1B application fees for their employers. Has someone heard about this policy? If so, would you please provide me some more details on the issue? Where could I find the policy?
I have got two offers. Both the employers are willing to help me apply for H1B, but I need to pay all the fees by myself. I think that is ok for me. But under this new policy, I am not sure whether this strategy would work out or not. I really very worry about this issue. Your kindly help is highly appreciated!! Million thanks!

Hi,
My I140 got denied early this year and the appeal is pending. Processing times for the appeal is 22 months. My priority date will be current next month. Because of that i am considering to refile my I140 and 485 again and withdraw the appeal.
1) Can we refile I140 with the same category (EB2)
2) Can USCIS just deny the new I140 because of the earrlier denial
3) Is there any one who tried this. What is the outcome of the new I140 application.
Please share your experience and also please advice

Anyway this is the situation. I'm in EB3 with a PD Dec 2002. DH is in EB2 with a PD in 2006. Can he file I-485 for us using my PD according to the above law?

Hi All,
I had a question regarding the relationship between the number h1b transfers and green card process. I've heard some people say that if you have transferred H1b to many companies then the green card process will be delayed because USCIS needs to be convinced that you will be continuing with the same employer. Is this true or does it really not matter how many times you change employers it doesn't effect the green card process.
I have already transferred once. I am thinking of transferring one or possible two more times but am just worried about how this will effect the green card application process.
